(1) The water in and out of the production system (flotation decarbonization system) should be balanced, and the water level alarm should be set. That is, when the water level of the thickener exceeds the warning level or the system facilities fail, the fresh water supply will be stopped. And find out the reasons and take corresponding measures.

(2) Conduct regular inspection on water supply and drainage network, report and deal with problems in time.

(3) The domestic sewage treatment system is equipped with double circuit power supply to ensure the normal operation of the system. Spare parts of vulnerable equipment shall be reserved for sewage treatment system. In case of mechanical failure, repair and replacement of faulty parts shall be carried out immediately.

(4) Strengthen the operation management of sewage treatment facilities to reduce the risk of accidents.

(5) Strengthen management.
